ロングスパッツやロングソックスを履いたまま履くのがかなりつけやすく、初めはその履き方がおすすめです!! 

 

試合の時はロングスパッツは禁止なので、練習から着用して、少し伸ばしていき、いずれは素足でも入るような感じにするといいと思います!

 

私は3カ月くらい使った後、素足で付けてみると、かなり頑張ればつけることが出来ました!
